We welcome you to schedule an appointment with the law offices of Neufeld Legal when you have been asked to receive and provide confirmation of Independent Legal Advice (ILA) with a lawyer. The requirement of consulting with an independent lawyer and having that lawyer provide the requisite confirmation of Independent Legal Advice (ILA), may be required by statute or a commercial requirement of contractual arrangement. And because most people have extremely busy schedules during the day, we welcome the opportunity to schedule a meeting at the end of the business day or early evening, especially given how my own personal schedule sees me being all around the city of Calgary at the end of the day and in the evening.
