Christopher R. Neufeld is

corporate securities attorney on Wall Street and now with the business
law firm of Neufeld Legal Professional Corporation, which works with
business enterprises engaged in commercial activities in Alberta and
Mr. Neufeld’s legal practice includes the representation of both
established and emerging businesses in merger, acquisition, divestiture
and related reorganization transactions, including the structuring,
